Marketing and Leasing Coordinator- Southlake Mall Pacific Retail Capital Partners (PRCP) is a fully integrated retail real estate organization dedicated to creating unique property experiences that exceed the expectations of investors, retailers, consumers, and employees. The Marketing and Leasing Coordinator at Southlake Mall supports marketing, business development, and leasing efforts to drive center traffic, engagement, and revenue. This role coordinates digital and print marketing, events, social media, community outreach, and local leasing initiatives while developing programs for youth, families, artists, and seniors. The position also helps grow omni-channel marketing through social media, email, video, SMS, influencer partnerships, and business development opportunities.

To thrive/succeed as the Marketing and Leasing Coordinator, you should have: College degree required with 2+ years of marketing or related experience. Strong knowledge of digital advertising, including Facebook/Instagram campaigns, retargeting, and performance analysis. Excellent project management, organization, communication, and attention-to-detail skills. Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret marketing and retail trends and apply insights effectively. Proven ability to collaborate with internal teams, tenants, vendors, and business partners, with flexibility to work events, evenings, weekends, holidays, and travel as needed. Your responsibilities as the Marketing and Leasing Coordinator will include: Assist with digital and print marketing initiatives, community outreach, business development, and event planning. Create and execute digital media content and social media campaigns. Coordinate and manage seasonal events, promotions, and community relations programs. Draft press releases, blog posts, media alerts, and marketing communications. Build and maintain strong tenant relationships while supporting retailer marketing efforts. Track performance metrics and prepare event and sales reporting. Coordinate signage, visual displays, and merchandising initiatives. Support temporary leasing efforts including lead generation, presentations, follow-up, and tenant support. Assist with contracts, renewals, amendments, budgeting, and space turnover coordination. Support both the Marketing & Business Development Manager and the Local Leasing Manager in achieving property goals.
