Job Description
Clubhouse Attendant Job Description Serves front counter and is responsible for greeting customers as they enter Clubhouse. Collects money for golf fees and merchandise sales. Ensures golfers are checked in, paid and promptly directed to their starting tee.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Interacts with customers in a friendly, helpful manner
- Collects fees for golf and merchandise; rings up sales under appropriate categories
- Rents equipment and golf carts
- Keeps Clubhouse clean
- Follows policies and procedures of Russell Golf Course
Occasional Food Preparation Special Considerations:
- General knowledge of Golf Course operations
- Ability to operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems
- Ability to balance out register at end of shift
- Ability to multi-task
- Must be available for weekend, holiday, and shift work
- Customer service preferred
- Serve alcoholic beverages (must be 21+)
- Shift differential available for weekends
- hourly rate + tips
Hours:
Position begins August 17, 2026- Monday, Tuesday , Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
- 3pm to close
- Saturday & Sunday (1-2/mo)
