Job Description
Job Summary Kalia Window Treatments is a fast-growing premium custom window treatment company with a showroom in Natick, Massachusetts, serving Greater Boston and surrounding communities. We specialize in luxury drapery, blinds, shades, shutters, and motorized window treatments for homeowners, interior designers, builders, and luxury residential projects. We are looking for a creative, motivated, and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is responsible for executing marketing campaigns, managing digital platforms, generating qualified leads, and helping expand Kalia's brand presence across Greater Boston. If you're passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and growing a premium home improvement brand, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. Manage and optimize Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and local SEO initiatives. Create engaging content, including photos, videos, blogs, and social media posts that showcase completed projects and company expertise. Coordinate email marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer follow-up initiatives. Monitor marketing performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting tools. Support showroom events, community outreach, and strategic partnerships. Collaborate with the sales team to generate qualified leads and improve conversion rates. Maintain and update the company website and online listings. Stay current on digital marketing trends, SEO best practices, and home improvement industry developments. Represent Kalia Window Treatments with professionalism, creativity, and exceptional communication. Qualifications Experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, marketing coordination, or related fields preferred. Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Business Profile, SEO, and email marketing is highly preferred. Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms. Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar content creation tools is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with strong project management and multitasking abilities. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in home improvement, interior design, luxury retail, or construction marketing is a plus.
