Wicked Labyrinth is hiring General Support Staff to scan tickets, manage queues, sell/assist with admissions, and keep our family-friendly experience running smoothly. This is a guest-facing, on-your-feet role in the heart of Salem's Halloween season. Must-Have Skills Friendly, guest-service mindset; calm under pressure Able to lift 35 lbs , carry boxes up/down stairs; comfortable kneeling to power displays Reliable commute to Salem; punctual and dependable Follows directions; high attention to detail and cleanliness Comfortable using a personal smartphone (download our ticket-scanning app) Available for all event dates (plus limited setup/breakdown windows) — see calendar at hollowedharvest.com/staffcalendar Fluent in English; authorized to work in the U.S. Background check may be required Position Responsibilities Arrive 30 minutes before opening to help power up displays, prep entrances, and ready scanners/handhelds Scan/verify tickets , resolve simple ticket issues, and assist will-call as assigned Manage lines and crowd flow so entries are staggered and safe; give clear directions Sell or assist with walk-up admissions/upsells using handheld POS (as assigned) Monitor entrances/exits; support guest wayfinding Help managers with light display resets, housekeeping, and nightly checklists

Close-down :

power off devices/displays, tidy zones, secure the facility Assist with setup/breakdown (generally early-September and Nov 1-5 , daytime 9a-5p; exact dates provided after hire) Complete a short e-learning + on-site training before first shift Ideal Candidates Detail-oriented, reliable, guest-focused team players who can multitask in a fast-moving environment.
