DeepWave Therapy is growing, and we're looking for an energetic, bubbly personality who is organized and loves people, relationships, wellness, and community . This is a unique hybrid position for someone who wants to do more than work behind a front desk. You'll become an important part of our clinical team as a Chiropractic Assistant , while also taking the lead on community outreach, marketing, social media, referral relationships, and special events. We're looking for someone who is naturally friendly, confident talking with people, highly organized, and excited about helping a growing wellness practice become a trusted resource in the community. What You'll DoChiropractic Assistant & Office Support You'll be trained to become an important part of our patient-care team.

Responsibilities will include:

Assist with patient flow and daily office operations Prepare patients for chiropractic and therapeutic services Assist the chiropractor and clinical team as trained Help with therapies and other patient-support activities within your training and scope Provide exceptional patient service and create a warm, welcoming experience Help keep treatment areas organized, clean, and ready for patients Assist with front-desk and office coordination tasks Help with vacation coverage for other team members Participate in weekly team training Support the team wherever needed to keep the office running smoothly Community Marketing & Relationship Building This is where you'll really have the opportunity to make your mark. You'll help DeepWave become more connected throughout our local community by: Developing and managing our DeepWave Partner Perks Program Building relationships with complementary local businesses and wellness providers Creating mutually beneficial partnerships and referral opportunities Developing referral relationships with PCPs, orthopedic offices, physical therapists, podiatrists, and other healthcare professionals Creating marketing materials for referral partners using Canva or coordinating with our graphic designer Participating in Chamber of Commerce and local networking meetings Representing DeepWave at community events Planning and conducting corporate wellness events Helping organize community outreach initiatives Following up with prospective partners and maintaining relationships Looking for creative ways to introduce DeepWave to people who could benefit from our services Marketing & Content You'll also help keep our marketing active, consistent, and engaging.

Responsibilities may include:

Creating and scheduling social media content Coordinating with our graphic designer when needed Creating seasonal marketing materials Sending a monthly patient/community newsletter Coordinating a bi-monthly blog article Helping capture photos, videos, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content Brainstorming new marketing and community outreach ideas Tracking marketing activities and following up on opportunities Helping maintain a consistent DeepWave brand experience Office Culture & Team Support We believe the little things matter. You'll also help: Keep the office welcoming, organized, and beautiful Decorate the office seasonally Help celebrate team members' birthdays, anniversaries, and accomplishments Help create a fun, positive team culture Coordinate and oversee high-school interns assisting with marketing projects Look for opportunities to make patients and team members feel valued What We're Looking For You don't need to have experience in every area listed above. We'll train the right person. We're looking for someone who is: 18 years of age or older A high school graduate Friendly, warm, and genuinely enjoys working with people An excellent verbal and written communicator Comfortable starting conversations with new people Confident representing DeepWave in the community Highly organized and able to follow through Dependable and responsible Comfortable using technology and social media Willing to learn Canva or similar marketing tools Creative and willing to bring new ideas to the table Professional and comfortable communicating with healthcare professionals and business owners A team player who is willing to jump in wherever needed Passionate about wellness and helping people Excited about building relationships within our local community Able to work independently once trained In possession of reliable transportation for occasional community outreach and networking activities Healthcare, chiropractic, marketing, social media, Canva, customer service, sales, networking, or community-outreach experience is a plus — but not required for the right person. Schedule Approximately 20-25 hours per week Regular schedule:

Monday:

8:30 AM-4:30

PM Tuesday:

1:15-1:45 PM team training

Wednesday:

8:30 AM-4:30 PM Additional hours available for: Marketing projects Community networking meetings Corporate wellness events Special events Vacation coverage Other office needs Some community events or networking meetings may occasionally occur outside the regular schedule. Compensation $20•25/hour , depending on experience and qualifications.
