We are currently seeking to add a full-time Marketing & Proposal Coordinator to our team. This position is hybrid. Most of the role can be performed remotely, with occasional in-person duties.

Candidates located near the Greater Boston area who can travel to Woburn, Massachusetts, as needed, will be considered.

Your Responsibilities as a

Marketing & Proposal Coordinator :

Work alongsideourWoburn-based Marketing Managerand Sr. Marketing Coordinatorin pursuit of new work, with an emphasis onprojects in the northeastern United StatesAssistwith the retrieval and tracking of requests for proposals/qualifications andhelp withgoo-go discussionsSupportproposal plan preparation and drive proposal kick-off discussionsContribute tocompelling firm qualifications, proposals, and presentation materialsin support of Apex's business initiatives. Includeslayout, writing, and coordinationAssistwith the writing, cataloging, and updating of projectmaterials, such asprofiles, team resumes, and client referencesProduce hard-copyproposal documentsas needed, from the Woburn, MassachusettsofficeTravel to client locations to deliver proposals,on occasionSupportspecialeventsand trade shows,on occasionPerformtasks to ensure the quality ofmarketing materials, such as proofreading, aesthetics, and compliance reviews.

Update theclientrelationship management (CRM) systemand related databasesFulfill othermarketingtasks as neededWhat we're looking for:

Degree, certification, or equivalent experience in communications, marketing, business, English, journalism, or a related fieldMinimum of3-5years of experience as a marketer, preferablyin the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industryProficiencyin AdobeInDesignand Microsoft OfficeProposal experience requiredExcellent prioritization and time management skillsStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentExcellent writing and copy editing capabilitiesStrong communications skills and the ability to adapt to different communication stylesHighly motivated, willing to be part of our Apex team and enhance our marketing effortsAbility to travel to the Apex office in Woburn,Massachusetts, for proposal production, and to client locations for proposal deliveryAbility to travel between offices for related tasks on occasionValid driver's license, safe drivinghistoryand reliable ...For full information see follow application link.
