As an Entry Level AT&T Representative, you'll engage directly with business owners and customers throughout the Baltimore market face to face, identify opportunities to grow AT&T's customer base, and provide tailored telecommunications solutions. This Entry Level AT&T Representative role offers development in B2B sales, relationship management, and customer acquisition while representing one of the nation's leading technology brands.

Entry Level AT&T Representative Responsibilities:

Meet face-to-face with local businesses and customers throughout the Baltimore area to introduce AT&T business solutions. Build relationships with business owners and customers through direct outreach. Learn each customer's needs and recommend wireless, internet, and connectivity solutions that fit their business. Process all sales orders for business and customers, staying connected until the service or product is delivered and activated Present promotions, answer questions, and guide customers through the sales process. Stay current on AT&T products, promotions, and new upgrades. Track daily activity and consistently work toward individual and team sales objectives.

Entry Level AT&T Representative Qualifications:

Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented personality. Strong communication and people skills. Comfortable working face-to-face with customers and business owners. Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or leadership experience is a plus—but not required. Reliable, coachable, and eager to build a long-term career.
