Marketing & Office Coordinator Blacktop Pros LLC is a growing asphalt maintenance company serving residential and commercial customers throughout Maryland. We specialize in asphalt sealcoating, crack filling, asphalt repairs, line striping, and pavement maintenance. We are looking for an organized, dependable, and motivated individual to join our team. This is more than a typical office position. We are seeking someone who enjoys helping build a business, has strong organizational skills, and can contribute ideas that help our company grow.
Responsibilities include:
Answer incoming phone calls and respond professionally to customers Schedule estimates and jobs Follow up with customers regarding estimates and completed work Prepare invoices, proposals, and other office documents Maintain customer records and organize office files Assist with general administrative and office duties Manage and grow our Google Business Profile Create and manage Facebook, Instagram, and other social media pages Create engaging social media content and marketing campaigns Assist with Google Ads and online advertising campaigns Help improve our online presence through Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Coordinate website updates and monitor marketing performance Help develop new marketing ideas and promotions Make outbound calls to commercial businesses and property managers to generate new leads Work directly with the owner to help grow the company
Qualifications:
Experience with Google Ads, SEO, social media marketing, Canva, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, customer service, or office administration is preferred. Construction or home improvement industry experience is a plus but not required.
The ideal candidate will:
