OVERVIEW

Stucky Vitale Architects is seeking a driven, creative, and organized Marketing Specialist who thrives at the intersection of relationship-building and brand storytelling. You'll be in the mix by helping shape pursuit strategy, cultivating client relationships, crafting the materials that win work, and building the brand presence that puts SVA on more shortlists. The ideal candidate has direct experience working in an AEC (Architecture, Engineering, or Construction) firm and understands the rhythm, relationships, and nuances of how design firms compete and win. This is a high-visibility role working closely with firm leadership and project teams to support opportunities, develop compelling pursuit materials, and sharpen SVA's presence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Proposal & Qualifications Production Assemble RFP/RFQ responses, SF330s, and qualifications packages Maintain up-to-date content, bios/resumes, and project sheets Coordinate input from Principals and project staff to meet submission deadlines CRM & Pipeline Management Maintain accurate, current data on leads, opportunities, and client contacts Track follow-up actions and support business development reporting Flag stale or incomplete records for follow-up Content Development Write and produce case studies, project sheets, and website content Manage website and SEO requirements Manage social media content Develop vertical marketing collateral by industry Awards & Photography Coordination Track award submission deadlines (AIA, healthcare design awards, etc.) and manage the submission process Schedule and coordinate professional project photography Maintain an organized library of photography and project assets Events & Conferences Coordinate logistics for industry conferences, particularly in our chosen markets Manage sponsorships, event logistics, and related materials Reporting Track and report on pipeline metrics, proposal win/loss rates, and marketing activity Support annual marketing budget tracking

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of marketing experience; AEC/professional services industry experience preferred Strong writing and editing skills; ability to translate technical project information into client-facing content Experience with CRM systems, proposal production, and content management Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent submissions Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, and other design tools, a plus
