Job Summary We are seeking a personable, friendly, energetic individual to identify, approach and sign individuals and groups to book events at our dynamic venue. Our venue offers private event space for small to large gatherings, 25-1000 people. We are hiring someone to go out into the community and directly market our facility to businesses, groups and individuals. The individual would contact potential customers via phone, email or in person. They will meet with decision makers to book events at out facility. Additionally they will work with vendors to book special events at our facility such as expos, craft fairs and other special events. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and able to identify and develop opportunities and act on them. We expect them to be passionate about our brand and engage with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties Identify potential businesses and groups that would book events at our venue. Engage those parties via email, phone and face-to-face interactions. Deliver promotional materials to potential customers. Collect valuable data during customer interactions to support marketing campaigns and improve service delivery. Build strong customer relationships through personalized communication, active listening, and excellent service to foster loyalty and recurring events. Represent the brand professionally at all times, ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints. Demonstrated consistent follow through on leads and follow up with potential clients.

Pay:

From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
