Marketing & Customer Experience Coordinator Current High Speed - Southern Missouri Full-Time Current High Speed is looking for a creative, organized, and customer-focused person to help develop our brand, promote our services, and support our customer service team. This is a blended position combining marketing, community outreach, social media, customer communications, and customer service. The ideal candidate will be comfortable creating marketing content one day and helping customers by phone, email, or in person the next. Responsibilities Create social media posts, advertisements, flyers, emails, and website content. Help maintain consistent branding across company materials. Promote fiber internet, wireless internet, phone services, network expansions, and community programs. Take photos and short videos of projects, employees, installations, and events. Coordinate sponsorships, community events, referral programs, and customer appreciation campaigns. Track basic marketing results, leads, referrals, and social media engagement. Answer customer calls, emails, website messages, and social media inquiries. Assist with service availability, package questions, account concerns, billing questions, and basic troubleshooting. Enter customer information and service leads accurately. Work with billing, technical support, installers, and management to resolve customer concerns. Help improve customer communications, frequently asked questions, and company procedures. The position will generally be approximately 60% marketing and brand development and 40% customer service , depending on company needs. Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills. Friendly, professional, and patient with customers. Creative, organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple projects. Comfortable using computers, social media, and learning new software. Able to work independently and as part of a small team. Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally when needed. Experience or education in marketing, communications, business, graphic design, customer service, sales, photography, or social media is preferred but not required. Experience with Canva, Adobe products, email marketing, website management, photography, or video editing is a plus. A college degree is not required. We are interested in candidates who demonstrate creativity, initiative, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
