Responsibilities Sales & Customer Relations Develop and maintain relationships with fireplace dealers, builders, architects, designers, and homeowners. Respond promptly to sales inquiries by phone, email, and social media. Prepare quotes and follow up on leads. Maintain an organized sales pipeline and CRM. Assist customers throughout the sales process from first contact through delivery. Help identify new markets and business opportunities. Social Media & Marketing Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other platforms. Photograph and showcase completed Ironhaus projects. Coordinate email marketing campaigns and newsletters. Help maintain and improve the company website. Monitor marketing performance and suggest new ideas to increase brand awareness and sales. Administrative & Organizational Keep customer information and project files accurate and organized. Coordinate with production to provide customers with updates. Assist with trade shows, dealer events, and promotional campaigns. Track marketing projects and ensure deadlines are met. Support the management team with various organizational projects. Qualifications We're looking for someone who: Has previous sales or customer service experience. Has experience with social media marketing and digital content creation. Loves meeting and talking with people. Is naturally organized and detail-oriented. Can manage multiple projects without losing track of details. Is comfortable learning technical products. Has strong written and verbal communication skills. Is self-motivated and takes initiative. Is proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software. Photography, graphic design, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CRM experience is a plus.
