Sales, Marketing & Events Coordinator Striking Trend Event Design & Décor is looking for a creative, energetic, and personable Sales, Marketing & Events Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, creating engaging content, supporting sales efforts, and helping bring events and marketing ideas to life. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, social media, branding, client engagement, and business growth. You will play an important role in showcasing Striking Trend, generating new leads, building relationships with clients and community partners, and supporting event operations. Key Responsibilities Create and manage engaging content for Striking Trend's social media platforms Develop marketing campaigns to promote our event design, décor, rental, and installation services Respond to client inquiries and communicate with prospective and existing clients Follow up with leads and help convert inquiries into bookings Assist with client consultations, sales presentations, and showroom appointments Build relationships with wedding planners, venues, vendors, local businesses, and community partners Create photos, videos, reels, stories, and other promotional content Assist with website updates and digital marketing initiatives Support event planning, coordination, setup, and day-of operations as needed Identify opportunities for partnerships, referrals, networking, and community outreach Maintain organized records of leads, follow-ups, client communications, and bookings Help develop creative ideas to increase Striking Trend's brand awareness and revenue Qualifications Experience or education in sales, marketing, communications, branding, digital media, events, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable communicating with clients and building relationships Experience with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn Basic understanding of content creation, photography, video, and digital marketing Creative mindset with strong attention to detail Self-motivated, organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Previous experience in weddings, event décor, hospitality, sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus Who We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is creative, outgoing, relationship-focused, and excited about helping Striking Trend grow .
