Job Summary Lumivara Group is hiring a Sales & Marketing Representative to support our campaign for a water distribution client. This is a full-time, W-2, entry-level position offering hands-on training in sales, customer engagement, marketing, and business development. Representatives work directly with customers in partnered retail locations, introduce and explain client products and services, answer questions, and help generate new customer acquisitions. No prior sales or marketing experience is required. We provide structured training and ongoing professional development for individuals who are motivated to learn and grow. Responsibilities Engage with customers face-to-face in partnered retail locations Present and explain client products, services, and current promotions Support customer acquisition and sales objectives Build brand awareness through professional customer interactions Answer customer questions and provide accurate product information Work with team members to achieve daily and weekly performance goals Participate in ongoing sales, marketing, and leadership training Represent our client and company professionally Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Comfortable working directly with customers Motivated by goals and opportunities for growth Able to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or marketing is a plus but not required Open to coaching, training, and professional development Compensation This position offers guaranteed base pay plus performance-based earning opportunities. Expected annual earnings range from $40,000-$50,000, depending on individual performance and experience. Additional compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
