Grand View Roofing & Exteriors is a locally owned roofing and exterior remodeling company serving homeowners throughout NJ, PA, and DE. We are looking for a full-time Marketing Coordinator/Assistant to join our growing team and support the day-to-day execution of our marketing efforts. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable wearing a lot of hats. You'll work closely with our Marketing Director in our Blackwood, NJ office to help keep our social media, content, events, marketing materials, and day-to-day marketing tasks running smoothly. What You'll Do Assist with the day-to-day management of Grand View's social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Business Profile Help create, organize, and schedule social media content Collect and organize photos, videos, and project information from completed and ongoing jobs Assist with writing social media captions and creating graphics using brand templates Monitor social media comments/messages and Google reviews and escalate customer concerns when needed Assist with collecting and promoting customer reviews and testimonials Coordinate community events, sponsorships, chamber events, and company activities Prepare marketing materials, signage, flyers, promotional items, and event materials Maintain organized marketing files, content libraries, calendars, and spreadsheets Assist with marketing campaigns, advertising partnerships, and promotional initiatives Track marketing expenses, invoices, supplies, apparel, and promotional inventory Assist with monthly marketing reporting and data entry Coordinate with other departments to gather information needed for marketing content Stay aware of social media trends and local community opportunities Help ensure Grand View's brand and messaging remain consistent across all platforms Complete other marketing and administrative projects as needed What We're Looking For Previous experience in marketing or a related field preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social platforms Basic graphic design experience; Canva, CapCut, or Adobe experience is a plus Comfortable working with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and other digital tools Ability to take initiative and work independently while also collaborating with a team Professional, positive, and dependable Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment A good eye for photography, design, and content is a plus
