About the Job We're looking for a creative and versatile Shopify & Graphic Design Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you'll own our Shopify storefronts, produce compelling visual assets for both digital and print, and help bring our brand to life across all marketing touchpoints. Our ideal candidate is equally comfortable designing product launch graphics as they are building Shopify collection pages. This role requires acute attention to detail and the ability to move from concept to finished asset.
Location:
This position requires 2 days in person a week at our Burlington, NJ office. Responsibilities Manage and optimize our Shopify storefront, including product listings, collection pages, landing pages, banners, and timely promotions Design on-brand visual assets for digital channels and print collateral, maintaining brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints, digital and physical Coordinate print production with vendors, managing file prep, proofing, and delivery timelines Track and report on marketing performance using Shopify Analytics and Google Analytics Organize and maintain a library of digital assets, templates, and brand files Support photo shoot direction, product photography coordination, and image editing Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally at a consumer brand (multi-brand experience is a huge plus!) or an e-commerce company Hands-on Shopify experience, comfortable managing storefronts, collections, metafields, apps, and promotions Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio demonstrating both digital and print work Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) Understanding of print production requirements: bleed, resolution, color profiles (CMYK vs. RGB), and vendor file specs Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp or similar) Strong communication and decision-making skills Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Nice to Haves Experience managing external vendors and contractors Basic knowledge of
HTML/CSS
for Shopify theme edits or email templates Experience with photography or video editing Familiarity with SEO best practices for e-commerce
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
