Overview:

Salt Steakhouse Group, a leading restaurant group known for its exceptional dining experiences, is seeking a talented Graphic Design and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role will support the Media and Marketing Manager in executing various marketing strategies and graphic design projects, both in print and digital formats.

Key Responsibilities:

1.

Graphic Design:

• Create visually appealing graphics for promotional materials, including flyers, menus, social media posts, and website content.
• Ensure all designs align with the brand's identity and standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.

2.

Marketing Support:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
• Help manage social media accounts, including content creation and scheduling.
• Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights for improvement.

3.

Project Management:

• Coordinate with vendors and external partners for printing and production of marketing materials.
• Maintain an organized file system for design assets and marketing documents.
• Support the Media and Marketing Manager with administrative tasks as needed.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with other departments, including operations and culinary teams, to gather insights and align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years in graphic design and marketing, preferably within the hospitality or food service industry.

Skills:

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
