The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that enhance our online presence and drive engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and SEO practices, as well as proficiency in various digital marketing tools. Duties Amazon content
Operations:
Develop and execute strategies to elevate EBC/A+ content, product videos, and Brand Store pages — introducing innovative selling points, updated imagery, and compelling product narratives to drive conversion.
Social Media Management:
Oversee day-to-day social media operations using smart automation tools, actively engage with the consumer community, and coordinate influencer partnerships and product reviews.
Photoshoot Coordination:
Contribute to photoshoot projects end-to-end — from creative brainstorming and pre-production planning through on-site execution.
Research, Strategy & Analysis:
Serve as the analytical core of the marketing team — conducting market research, proposing strategic and data-driven approaches, and tracking campaign performance against key metrics across all projects.
Team Operations:
Collaborate across all marketing initiatives including ideation, project planning, workload allocation, and execution to ensure seamless team output. Performs other duties as required Experience Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent work experience (business, economics, marketing or related field preferred) 2+years experience in marketing / operations planning / project management field preferred.
Amazon:
Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Brand Registry a plus.
Social Media:
Experience managing or creating content for TikTok and YouTube is a plus.
Digital Advertising & Analytics:
Experience in paid digital advertising platforms / analytics tools is a plus. (Or Power bi, SQL, visual data analytics tool experience also considered)
Industry Background:
Prior experience in the hair, beauty supply, or cosmetics industry is a major plus Travel, maintaining a clean driving license will be needed for possible future business trips.
PREFERRED
Amazon:
