We are seeking an experienced career minded individual to join our Automotive Business Development Center. The candidate must be energetic, assertive and fun spirited. The candidate must also have excellent customer service skills with a high energy level and strong initiative.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Provide customers with professional, clear and courteous service
• Ensure the phones are answered and customers are helped in a timely manner
• Other duties as assigned
• Addressing customer sales/service questions and problems quickly
• Work towards continuous improvement with our in store processes and procedures
• Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
• Motivated to train and learn.
• Flexibility in schedule including evenings, weekends
• Hourly + BONUS Requirements & Qualifications
• Ability to exercise good judgment and to work independently
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to handle difficult customer situations
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Ability to thrive and have fun in a busy, fast-paced retail environment
• Must demonstrate consistency, accuracy and follow-through.
• $20 an hour as a base .
