Position Overview We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our growing digital marketing efforts across our corporate brand and multifamily portfolio. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who understands social media, enjoys creating content and wants hands-on exposure to digital advertising, AI tools, analytics and real estate marketing. You don't need years of experience. We're looking for someone who is creative, organized, comfortable with technology and eager to learn. Key Responsibilities Support the Digital Marketing Manager with day-to-day marketing initiatives across our corporate brand and multifamily portfolio Help manage and grow social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok Create, schedule and publish engaging social media content for our properties, developments and company Assist with developing short-form video, graphics, property highlights, employee content and other digital assets Monitor social media engagement, trends and opportunities to improve reach and visibility Support Google Ads, paid social, retargeting and other digital advertising campaigns Help track leads, campaign performance, website traffic, engagement and other key marketing metrics Use AI tools to assist with content creation, campaign ideas, research and marketing automation Help maintain property websites, listings and other digital marketing channels Coordinate with property management and leasing teams to gather photos, videos, property updates and community content Assist with marketing campaigns designed to generate leads and increase leasing activity Research emerging social media trends, digital platforms and marketing tools Help maintain brand consistency across digital channels and marketing materials Support special projects and other marketing initiatives as needed What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field preferred 0-2 years of marketing, social media or digital media experience Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn Strong interest in social media marketing and content creation Basic understanding of digital advertising and Google Ads is a plus, but not required Comfortable using Canva or similar content creation tools Interest in AI tools such as ChatGPT and emerging marketing technology Strong writing and communication skills Organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Comfortable reviewing basic marketing data and performance metrics Creative mindset with an eye for what makes content engaging Willingness to learn, experiment and take on new responsibilities
