This position will be responsible for assisting the Sales Managers and Directors with coordinating the exhibit process, sponsorship management, and advertising for all clients and conferences.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Update and maintain online floorplans for current conference through MapDynamics. Create the prospectus and various booking forms for each conference, as well as promotional items with the Graphics Department. Proof Journal and eNewsletters advertising for associations. Collect all conference exhibit related fees for each conference assigned. Prospecting through Apollo for competing meetings. Maintain marketing and various reports for all conferences. Maintain conference online file folders. Work directly with the various association teams, Creative Design, FIS/Registration, Association managers, and the Conference Departments during conferences. Work and establish a good relationship with all exhibiting companies for various meetings. Coordinate exhibit representatives on behalf of the Registration Department. Work in TeamWorks to keep the exhibit sales updated for conferences and requesting Association website maintenance and reports. Have knowledge of Outlook, Teams, Zoom, Word, Excel, NitroPro and Publisher. Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines. Travel to conferences may be needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
A Bachelor's degree or the ability to demonstrate similar practice, experience, and knowledge. A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales is preferred. Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills with a commitment to excellence in professionalism for external customers, internal staff, as well as our outside vendors. Ability to communicate with a wide range of people within the larger AJJ, Inc. corporate team within the corporate structure. Excellent organizational skills with strong project management attributes that involve intricate planning, attention to detail, and follow-up. Progressive thinker with good decision-making skills. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team. Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of products and the ability to rapidly learn new technology and applications.

From $50,000.00 per year
