Ivy Pediatrics, PA is seeking a full-time, motivated, energetic, and creative Marketing & Community Outreach Coordinator. This individual will help expand our presence in the communities we serve and strengthen our connection with patients, parents, employees, and local organizations. This position is ideal for a highly organized, outgoing, and creative individual who enjoys combining digital marketing, video production, community engagement, social media, patient experience, and relationship building. The successful candidate will play an active role in telling the Ivy Pediatrics story through compelling content, community events, provider/staff features, and meaningful interactions with families throughout our nine-office network. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, interacting with the public and healthcare professionals, attending community events, creating digital content, and taking initiative to identify new opportunities to promote the practice. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, social media, community outreach, video production, or a related field preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to confidently interact with parents, patients, healthcare professionals, business owners, community leaders, and employees. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, locations, and priorities. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and visual presentation. Experience creating content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or comparable video/ photo editing software. Experience with photography, lighting, green-screen production, video editing, and basic audio production preferred. Familiarity with AI-powered creative platforms such as ChatGPT, Google Flow, ElevenLabs, or comparable tools. Basic knowledge of HTML and website content management systems. Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom and Google Meet. Experience with Google Business Profiles, Google Reviews, or online reputation management is a plus. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Must be willing to travel between Ivy Pediatrics' nine office locations and attend occasional evening or weekend community events. Valid driver's license required as applicable. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who can create the content, make the connections, and represent the Ivy Pediatrics brand in the community. You should be comfortable behind a camera as well as in front of a crowd, equally capable of editing a video, analyzing Google Reviews, updating a website, organizing a community event, and building relationships with local businesses. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, brings creative ideas to the table, and wants to make a measurable impact on the growth and reputation of a multi-location pediatric practice.
