The Opportunity

As a Media Sales Specialist, you will play an important role in helping businesses and individuals maximize the effectiveness of their advertising. You will build and maintain customer relationships while providing knowledgeable support on effective advertising strategies that deliver superior results.

You will work with customers across a wide range of advertising categories, including:

And other consumer and business categories

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with customers and technology.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills while handling incoming and outbound telephone interactions
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
• Strong proofreading skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to quickly learn new systems, software, and email programs
• Confidence in recommending and proposing the best advertising options for customers
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
• Resourceful, dependable, and motivated
• Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred
• Weekend availability may be required
• Above all, you should be a team player who is collaborative, resourceful, and eager to learn.
• Compensation and Benefits

At Media Sales Plus we embrace rewarding your efforts and accomplishments through a combination of a base compensation and unlimited commission. Our top Media Sales Specialists consistently earn more than $25.00 per hour when you combine their hourly compensation and commissions and incentives. To start, we are offering the following compensation and benefit package to qualified candidates:

A base hourly rate of pay between $16.50 to $18.00 per hour
