Job Description
We are looking for an organized and reliable assistant for our meditation and mindfulness business In The Hamptons, Long Island, NY. You must live in the Hamptons area. Some work is in person and some can be done remote. Flexible schedule for a wonderful company! Must be available on these days in person In the following locations. August 5th-Bridgehampton event help August 8th-Southampton wellness event help August 16th-Montauk wellness event help Tasks include helping organize gift bags, delivering them and helping the founder set up 2 other events. You will be reimbursed for any gas money spent. Food included. Other tasks include some administrative items that can be done remote like making phone calls, emails, coordinating my calendar, helping with research, etc. Must be reliable, capable, friendly and have knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic tech. Paid as hourly rate depending on experience. You are also welcome to come to Hamptons meditation classes at no cost for a nice perk of the job!
