Opportunity for Long-Term Growth Outstanding candidates may have the opportunity to transition into a full-time Marketing Coordinator position upon successful completion of the project. This is an in-office position where you will work directly with our management team to organize marketing materials, communicate with manufacturers, and help complete our new website. This is an excellent opportunity for a college student, recent graduate, or early-career marketing professional looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing, website management, business operations, and vendor relations. Responsibilities Contact manufacturers by phone and email to obtain: High-resolution logos Product images Product brochures and catalogs Videos Product specifications Product descriptions Brand guidelines Organize all digital marketing assets into a structured library. Upload and organize website content. Build and maintain product pages. Review website content for accuracy and completeness. Track vendor communications using Excel. Follow up with manufacturers to obtain missing materials. Assist with email marketing campaigns. Help prepare marketing materials for conferences and trade shows. Assist with additional marketing and administrative projects as needed. Qualifications College student, recent graduate, or equivalent experience. Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Professional and confident speaking on the phone. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Experience with Canva, website content management systems, or basic graphic design is a plus. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
