Korth & Shannahan seeks a highly driven, accountable, and motivated part-time marketing coordinator to take our business to the next level. The right candidate for this role has 2+ years' experience in small business marketing and basic website management experience. SEO and SEM experience required. Marketing Responsibilities:

• Manage and improve Korth's website; create blog posts, update gallery, maintain links, improve SEO scores.
• Create and send bi-monthly E-blasts to customer base for lead generation.
• Oversee SEM (Google Ads) accounts to increase online engagement and presence. Gain new customers via paid marketing campaigns.
• Run social media accounts; create content, post photos and/or videos weekly, respond to DM's, increase engagement online.
• Boost online reviews from customers; launch and manage review campaigns
• Execute targeted campaigns to customer base and beyond (

Examples:

neighborhood postcards, seasonal discounts, interior designers, realtors, friends in the trades, country clubs, new homeowners, schools, etc).

• Report to owner and management team bi-monthly to review data and results.

Work Environment:

Korth's marketing coordinator may work in-person or remotely, based on preference and performance. We are a results driven organization, focused on hitting our numbers. Our workplace provides flexible structure. Must be able to report to the Westchester office at least once monthly. This position is

PART TIME.

The weekly requirement for this role is 16 hours (2 full days). Benefits also include mileage reimbursement, and monthly cell phone reimbursement.

Pay:

$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
