Marketing Coordinator and Office Administration ASK Design Jewelers is seeking a motivated and personable Marketing Coordinator and Office Administration professional to join our team in Olean, NY. Family-owned and professionally operated, ASK Design Jewelers has been the area's personal jeweler for more than 44 years. We are dedicated to creating an extraordinary, personalized, and timeless jewelry experience for every customer. We are looking for a full-time team member who is positive, professional, creative, independent, and driven to provide exceptional customer service while helping grow our marketing and social media presence. Responsibilities Welcome customers and create a warm, personalized shopping experience. Learn and confidently present our jewelry, repair, custom design, and other services. Identify customers' needs and recommend products and services that best meet those needs. Present high-quality and fine jewelry with enthusiasm, care, and professionalism. Build lasting customer relationships and support repeat business. Create and maintain engaging content for social media platforms. Photograph jewelry and assist with creating posts, promotions, and marketing materials. Help maintain an accurate and appealing in-store and online presentation. Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly. Support daily store operations and maintain a clean, organized environment. Uphold ASK Design Jewelers' values of honesty, integrity, and exceptional service. Continue developing product knowledge and staying current with jewelry and retail trends. Qualifications and Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong verbal, written, organizational, and customer service abilities. Professional demeanor, appearance, and presentation. Excellent computer skills and experience with photography or visual content creation. Creativity and an interest in social media and digital marketing. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team. Willingness and aptitude to learn about fine jewelry and luxury products. Previous experience in fine jewelry, retail sales, marketing, photography, or social media is a plus. Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.

Schedule Tuesday-Friday:

9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

Saturday:
