Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Social Media and Contact Coordinator to amplify our brand presence and engage our community across digital platforms. In this role, you'll develop creative content, manage social media campaigns, analyze digital metrics, and support marketing initiatives that showcase our expertise in landscaping and property enhancement. The position also requires general administrative office tasks such answering phones, assist in bulk mailing campaigns and scanning documents. Responsibilities Develop and execute dynamic social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to increase brand awareness Create multi-media content (photos, videos and graphics) to post to company's social media accounts and track analytics. Manage consistent engagement on social media ensure timely responses Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve online visibility Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and web analytics tools; prepare reports to inform future marketing strategies Ensure brand messaging is cohesive between digital marketing initiatives, seasonal services, print materials, etc. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback and website analytics to improve ongoing service improvements. Answer incoming calls, provide information and schedule appointments Create materials, run various digital ads, banner ads and e-blasts, print brochures and flyers. Prepare bulk mailings, including stuffing envelopes, labeling, and sealing Sort and organize mailing lists and materials Assist with printing, folding, and assembling campaign materials Requirements Proven experience and understanding of social media posting, google analytics and Google My Business page. management and digital marketing with a portfolio of successful campaigns Strong understanding of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, social listening tools, and web analytics Familiarity with social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Advertising Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in content creation Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards

Pay:

$21.00 - $22.00 per hour
