Job Description

McGregor PACE is an innovative community-based Program of All-Inclusive Care for the elderly. Our interdisciplinary team takes great pride in its provision of primary & specialty medical care, therapies, social services, home care, transportation, and therapeutic activities that enable participants to remain "independent and living in their own homes for as long as possible!". Our organization is "growing", and we are adding additional team members during this exciting time! Our ideal candidate for this excellent opportunity will be an individual who thrives on working in a fast-paced environment and presents as a polished, energetic, and assertive marketing professional. We are looking for a results-driven candidate with a strong sales background to support and participate in program marketing efforts in the community, promoting agency services to potential program enrollees, families/caregivers, and referral sources. This individual will spend up to 80% of their time in the field covering our service area which is Cuyahoga County. They will be expected to respond, report, and track all inbound marketing and public relations contacts/inquiries that directly impact the Business Development Department efforts related focused on, participant recruitment, retention goals, program expansion, and community awareness of McGregor PACE.
Qualifications:
Prior Sales skills are critical. Minimum three to five years of experience working in home or community-based health/social service organizations. Knowledge of basic Medicare and Medicaid criteria is highly desirable. Proven time management skills. Must be excellent at self-direction and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Must demonstrate excellent Customer Service techniques to include verbal and written communication skills. Basic proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, database/spreadsheet applications required. Ability to generate summary reports as needed. Flexible, energetic, reliable, goal/detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize workload is essential.
