Cedar One Property Management & Cedar One Realty About the Role Cedar One Group is seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing efforts across our property management, real estate, storage, and affiliated businesses. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and is passionate about digital marketing, social media, and graphic design. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing property listings, maintaining social media platforms, creating marketing content, and assisting with company-wide branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Marketing

• Create and publish rental listings across multiple platforms, including: o Cedar One Rentals website o Facebook o MLS o RealBird
• Monitor internal communications through Google Chat for new listings and listing updates.
• Verify rental pricing and property information with Property Manager.
• Write compelling property descriptions.
• Update listing statuses, pricing, and promotional specials.
• Remove listings promptly once properties are rented. Social Media & Digital Marketing
• Maintain the Cedar One Rentals Facebook page.
• Manage the Cedar One Storage Facebook page.
• Create engaging graphics and promotional content.
• Schedule, boost, and target social media advertisements. Website Support
• Coordinate with website developers to resolve appearance or functionality issues.
• Help ensure listing information is accurate and up to date. Company Marketing Support Assist with marketing initiatives across Cedar One Group companies, including:
• Social media content creation
• XpressDocs Postcard campaigns
• Marketing flyers
• Banners
• Digital advertisements
• Marketing materials for real estate agents and company departments Qualifications We're looking for someone who has:
• Experience with Google Workspace or Google applications
• Canva design experience
• Microsoft Word proficiency
• Experience managing social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional phone etiquette
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines Preferred Skills
• Marketing or communications experience
• Real estate or property management marketing experience (preferred but not required)
• Basic graphic design and copywriting skills

Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
