Job Description
We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in the position of BDC Representative. As a BDC Representative, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our organization by providing exceptional customer service and efficiently managing customer inquiries and sales leads. Responsibilities for this position include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, managing customer accounts, scheduling appointments, and connecting prospective clients with the appropriate department, posting on all social media platform's as well as submitting coop to the proper manufacturers. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As a BDC Representative, you will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to our company's policies and procedures.
