You can find us around the state selling pure raw Oklahoma honey, flavored creamed honey, various infused honey, bee pollen, beeswax, beeswax candles, honey candy, handcrafted soap, lip balm, lotion bars & all sorts of skin care products. In the spring, we even sell bees. Job Criteria Roark Acres Honey Farm is looking for a Retail Sales Worker Bee to join our small team in a part-time hybrid position. We need someone to work in our retail storefront as well as Farmer's Markets, & local trade shows in and around the Tulsa area. This individual needs to love working with the public & be very comfortable talking to strangers. Merchandising, and event support or Management would be a huge plus. Our ideal candidate has the above mentioned skills and is courteous, articulate, self-driven, trustworthy, reliable, & LOVES HONEY. This ideal candidate can grow this position into full-time. Responsibilities This position is a mix of responsibilities. You will work part-time at our store front at least 3 days a week. On weekends, you will be responsible for collecting, & transporting products to & from our weekly Farmer's Market (Every Saturday). When applicable, attending/working local trade shows (various times throughout the year[sometimes Fri-Sun event). This position works about 15-28+ hours a week. Pay is based on experience . Qualifications/ Requirements Customer Service; Must be able to Talk to & Communicate Well with the Public Must be able to Lift 50lbs or More on a Regular Basis Must Have Reliable Transportation - a SUV or Truck is ideal. Must be Quick on Your Feet Must Work Well Under Pressure Must be able to count back change/ be good at math. Must Not Mind Getting Sweaty, Dirty, or Sticky Must be Flexible to Work in Various Jobs & Locations Must be able to Multi-task & work well independently. Merchandising experience is ideal. Event support or management can increase starting base pay .
