Job Description

Join Our Growing Law Firm We are seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to help grow our firm's visibility, strengthen our brand, and support business development efforts. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic marketing and hands-on execution and can manage multiple projects from concept through completion. Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Manage the firm's social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, and create engaging, professional content. Manage social media scheduling, publishing, and analytics through platforms such as Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn. Maintain and update the firm's website, including content, attorney biographies, practice area pages, and other website updates. Assist with search engine optimization (SEO), website analytics, and digital marketing initiatives. Develop, coordinate, and distribute email marketing campaigns and newsletters using platforms such as Mailchimp, or similar systems. Track and report on website, social media, email marketing, advertising, and other marketing performance metrics. Assist with community outreach, law school tabling events, networking events, sponsorships, conferences, and other firm events. Create and coordinate marketing materials, including social media graphics, advertisements, newsletters, presentations, and other branded materials. Help maintain consistent firm branding and messaging across all marketing materials and communications. Assist with the firm's online reputation, including monitoring online reviews and supporting client engagement initiatives. Work closely with attorneys to identify marketing and business development opportunities. Coordinate attorney and firm recognition, awards, announcements, and other professional communications. Manage multiple marketing projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality. Stay current with marketing trends, digital platforms, and opportunities to increase the firm's visibility and reach. Qualifications Experience in marketing, communications, public relations, business development, or a related field. Strong writing, editing, and communication skills. Experience managing social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and similar platforms. Experience with social media management and publishing tools, including Meta Business Suite or similar platforms. Experience with email marketing platforms such as MailChimp Proficiency with graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar programs. Familiarity with website content management systems, SEO, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools is preferred. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistent branding and professional messaging. Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Strong creative problem-solving skills and the ability to develop new marketing ideas. Ability to quickly learn and effectively use new marketing platforms, software, and technology.
