Marketing About the Role We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Marketing Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of our marketing. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple projects simultaneously, and can effectively collaborate across departments. The Marketing Coordinator will own the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives, manage the marketing calendar, coordinate projects from concept to completion, support lead-generation efforts, and provide reporting and insights to stakeholders. This individual will work closely with Sales, leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure marketing projects are executed on time and aligned with company objectives. Key Responsibilities Project Management & Coordination Own and maintain the company marketing calendar. Coordinate marketing projects from planning through execution and completion. Track project timelines, deliverables, approvals, and deadlines. Follow up with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure projects stay on schedule. Manage multiple concurrent marketing initiatives while maintaining high attention to detail. Content & Social Media Create, schedule, and publish content on LinkedIn and other digital platforms. Collaborate with leadership and subject matter experts to develop engaging content. Monitor post performance and provide recommendations for improvement. Maintain consistency with company branding and messaging. Campaign Management Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, and other channels. Build, manage, and maintain marketing lists and databases. Support lead generation and nurturing initiatives. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and performance is tracked. Sales & Business Development Support Partner closely with the Sales team to support lead-generation efforts. Assist with marketing materials, campaigns, and outreach initiatives that drive business growth. Track and report on marketing-generated leads and campaign performance. Help align marketing activities with sales objectives and pipeline development. Analytics & Reporting Compile campaign, social media, website, and lead-generation metrics. Create reports and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders. Analyze trends and provide actionable recommendations. Ensure marketing data is accurate, organized, and communicated effectively. Executive Support Work directly with the
SYMPHONY
program manager, Sales Director and CEO to translate strategic vision into actionable marketing projects. Coordinate special projects and initiatives driven by leadership. Manage priorities and communications across multiple departments. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of experience in a marketing coordination, project coordination, or related role. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with LinkedIn and social media content management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Preferred Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar). Experience with email marketing and marketing automation platforms. Knowledge of reporting and analytics tools. Experience supporting B2B sales and lead-generation initiatives. Success Characteristics The ideal candidate is: Highly organized and process-oriented. Strengthen alignment between Marketing, Sales, and Executive Leadership.
