Job Description
Woodruff and Smith, a growing HVAC company serving the South Hills, is hiring a Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to own our brand across every channel. What you'll do Build and manage social accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Business Profile) Create posts, graphics, and short-form video on a consistent schedule Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries; route leads to our team Develop seasonal promos and campaigns (tune-ups, installs, maintenance plans) Maintain and update our website Shape branding: voice, visuals, messaging Track performance and adjust What we're looking for Experience running business social accounts Strong knowledge of digital advertising and lead generation including Google ads, Meta, SEO, CRM systems, etc. Strong writing and a design eye; comfortable with Canva or similar Basic website editing (WordPress or similar) Focused on measurable results Self-starter who works independently Home services or trades marketing a plus Apply today.
