You will also oversee firm's email marketing campaigns, direct mailings, "For Lease/Sale" Sign Installations and firm's press releases. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Property Marketing Collateral:

Design and update professional offering memorandums (OMs), property flyers, brochures, and digital presentation.

• to streamline the creation, syndication, and maintenance of property marketing materials and listings.

Digital & Email Marketing:

Create engaging email marketing campaigns (HTML blasts), social media graphics, and digital presentations for client pitches.

Brand Consistency:

Ensure all creative assets align strictly with company brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of visual execution.

Map & Data Visualization:

Incorporate site maps, aerial annotations, tenant logos, and demographic charts clearly into marketing packages.

Qualifications Software Expertise:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) is required.

Real Estate Tech:

Direct hands-on experience using

• (highly preferred) or similar real estate marketing platforms.

Portfolio:

A professional portfolio demonstrating clean layout design, typography, and corporate or real estate marketing examples.
