Job Description

The Middletown Home is a not-for-profit continuing care community and a campus of Wellness, Rehabilitation and Life-Long-Learning is seeking a Full-time Marketing and Sales Coordinator. The Marketing and Sales Coordinator will help us create new possibilities for quality living for the people we serve. The Marketing and Sales Coordinator will develop the marketing plan for the Home and oversee the implementation of lead-generation retention activities and other sales efforts. Will plan and implement networking, community outreach and public relations activities. The Marketing and Sales Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate prospect and apartment data, coordinating move-ins, lead outreach and customer service. Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field required with 3-5 years related experience in senior housing or related field preferred. We offer an attractive benefits and salary package.
