Account Coordinator Build Your Career in Advertising & Marketing Gregory Welteroth Advertising is growing, and we re looking for an Account Coordinator to join our team. As an Account Coordinator, you ll work alongside our account, creative, media, and other internal teams to support marketing programs for local, regional, and national clients. You ll gain hands-on experience across advertising, marketing, branding, media, campaign management, client service, and more-all while learning from experienced professionals in a collaborative, fast-paced agency environment. What You ll Do As an Account Coordinator, you will help keep client projects and campaigns organized, moving forward, and on track.

Responsibilities include:

Track advertising campaigns, maintain campaign data, assist with reporting, and support follow-up analysis Coordinate with creative and media teams to manage campaign assets, images, artwork, and related materials Assist with campaign timelines, deliverables, and day-to-day project coordination Communicate and coordinate with internal teams, clients, media partners, and other external stakeholders Support account teams with marketing activities and client needs Assist with special projects and cross-functional initiatives Help ensure deadlines, details, and follow-up items are managed accurately and efficiently Contribute ideas and solutions that help our teams and clients succeed What We re Looking For The right person for this position is someone who enjoys learning, takes ownership of their work, pays attention to the details, and isn't afraid to ask questions or contribute ideas.
