Meet a few of our team members and learn more about our marketing agency: https://fast.wistia.com/embed/channel/klngzcjdup What You'll Do Client Support & Nurturing Act as a support layer between the strategy and the client Collaborate with creative and advertising teams to improve performance Help ensure client requests, questions, and needs are handled quickly and clearly Track ongoing client initiatives to ensure nothing stalls or falls through Reinforce client confidence by maintaining organization, communication, and follow-through Sales Enablement Assist in preparing materials and insights that help retain and grow client accounts Support internal conversations around upsells, renewals, and performance positioning Help translate marketing activity into clear business outcomes for clients Performance Reporting Compile and organize marketing performance data across platforms Help turn data into simple, clear reporting that clients can understand Identify trends, wins, and issues that need attention Ensure reporting supports both retention and growth conversations What You Bring Interest in performance-driven marketing (not vanity metrics or trends) Ability to stay organized while managing multiple clients and moving parts Strong communication skills, written and verbal Comfort working with data and translating it into simple insights A bias toward action, you don't wait to be told what to do next Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and systems AI-integrated task execution and process improvement Tools & Platforms (Working Knowledge Expected) HubSpot Slack Google Ads / Bing Ads / Facebook Ads Google Analytics / Tag Manager / Search Console Google Business Profiles SEMRush CMS platforms (WordPress or similar) AI tools for execution and productivity Basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript (preferred, not required) Position Details Hourly compensation based on experience 100% in-office role
