Position Overview Interpak is seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Marketing & Production Graphics Coordinator to support marketing initiatives and coordinate packaging production across our portfolio of brands. This hybrid role bridges creative marketing support and technical print production, balancing digital content generation and collateral design with the preparation, ordering, and coordination of foil-stamping dies and packaging tooling. The ideal candidate is an accountable self-starter who thrives on owning their work from concept to final delivery, balancing creative assignments with structured operational deadlines while collaborating across marketing, sales, and production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Packaging Production & Artwork Coordination Prepare, format, and verify artwork files for packaging decoration, including foil stamp dies and print tooling. Manage vendor ordering, tracking, and fulfillment for stamping dies, press tooling, and related materials. Support die-line setup, press sheet layouts, and packaging artwork prepress as needed. Build physical packaging mockups and visual concepts for internal review and customer presentations. Liaise with vendors and customers regarding artwork specifications, proofs, and physical samples. Marketing and Coordination Support Under the direction of the Marketing Director, execute marketing initiatives and multi-channel campaigns across Interpak and affiliated brands. Build and deploy email marketing campaigns and automated workflows using Zoho Marketing Plus and Zoho CRM. Update website content and manage social media channels with fresh copy, graphics, and photography. Design polished sales enablement materials, including one-pagers, client presentations, case studies, and blog graphics. Coordinate trade show logistics, booth graphics, and promotional marketing collateral.

Qualifications Experience:

1-2 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, print production, or a closely related discipline (relevant internships and freelance work considered).

Software Proficiency:

Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

AI Tool Fluency:

Comfort (or willingness to learn) leveraging modern AI-assisted productivity and creative platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Adobe Firefly) to streamline research, drafting, visual ideation, and asset editing.

Environment:

Comfort working within a collaborative, hands-on manufacturing facility.

Work Style:

High degree of personal ownership, exceptional organizational skills, and proven ability to manage multiple deadlines across cross-functional teams. Bonus Points (But Not Required) Hands-on familiarity with commercial print processes, die-lines, packaging manufacturing, or prepress standards. Experience maintaining websites via WordPress or Shopify. Practical knowledge of CRM and email marketing platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar).
