SC Motorplex is seeking an energetic, dependable, and organized individual to join our team as a Full-Time Events & Marketing Assistant. This position supports nearly every aspect of our operations, from planning race events and promoting upcoming races to assisting with office administration and ensuring race weekends run smoothly. Primary Responsibilities Coordinate race day logistics and event preparation Assist with planning and organizing events throughout the season Manage and create social media content Update the website and online event information Assist with marketing campaigns and sponsor promotions Communicate with racers, sponsors, vendors, and customers Answer phones, emails, and customer inquiries Maintain event registrations and office records Photograph and record content during events Assist with general office administration Help wherever needed to ensure successful events Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, website edits and social media platforms Ability to learn new software quickly Reliable transportation Able to work weekends, evenings, and occasional holidays during race season Must work well independently and as part of a team Compensation & Benefits Full-Time Employment Pay flexible depending on experience Flexible scheduling Paid Time Off Family-oriented work environment Opportunities for growth and increased responsibilities Health insurance is not provided.
