What You'll Do Make 100+ outbound calls daily to business customers Ask structured marketing and service-related questions Collect and document contact, waste, and service information Enter and update data in Salesforce and internal systems Send follow-up emails and route qualified information internally Follow established call scripts and procedures What We're Looking For Comfortable spending most of the workday on the phone Clear, professional communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Able to follow scripts and processes High school diploma or equivalent 40+ WPM typing speed (tested at interview) Reliable, full-time availability Schedule & Pay Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM $21.00 per hour No nights or weekends Benefits start after 90 days Interviews are conducted in person at our Seneca, SC office.
