CoraCreaCrafts is a small, woman-owned business based in Nashville, TN. We make and curate high-quality, vintage-inspired craft products that spark creativity. What began as a small Etsy shop has grown into a thriving online business with customers all over the world, and our Creative Corner storefront here in Nashville. We believe crafting is more than a hobby. It is a form of self-expression. Whether you are journaling, scrapbooking, collecting beautiful stationery, or making handmade cards, our goal is to give you the tools and inspiration to bring your vision to life.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a
Brand & Operations Coordinator:
the person who shapes how CoraCreaCrafts and Creative Corner show up in the world, online and inside our Nashville store, and who helps keep the business running behind the scenes. This is a hands-on, creative role for someone who can film and edit a reel in the morning, host a workshop in the afternoon, and jump in to pack orders when we are busy. You will help run our social content, help shape our email marketing, and plan and host the in-store events and craft clubs that bring our community together. You will also spend part of each week working the store floor and supporting the team behind the scenes, because understanding the products and the customers is what makes the marketing good. Over time, this role also becomes the person our founder leans on. As you learn the business, you will take on more of the work that keeps it running: suppliers, stock, reorders, and the hundred loose ends that come with a growing small business. We are a small team, and this is a role you can grow into. We care much more about drive and the capability to learn than about your resume. If you are the kind of person who teaches yourself things, spots what needs doing and just does it, and gets genuinely excited about a shelf full of stickers, fountain pens, and notebooks, we want to hear from you. Recent graduates and current students are welcome to apply.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Content and social media
Plan, film, edit, and publish short-form video for Instagram and TikTok, including product features, restocks, behind-the-scenes, and event coverage
Write captions, manage the posting calendar, and respond to comments and DMs
Track what performs and adjust. Report on reach, engagement, and what drove sales
Support our ambassador and creator partnerships
Shoot occasional product and lifestyle photography in the store and studio
Support and eventually run live sales on TikTok and Instagram Email marketing
Own our email calendar in
Klaviyo:
new arrivals, event invitations, seasonal launches, newsletters, subscription emails and store announcements. No Klaviyo experience needed, we will teach you the platform
Maintain the sending calendar alongside the product, social and event calendar
Write copy that sounds like us: warm, specific, a little whimsical, never corporate
Watch what performs, opens, clicks and revenue per send, and use it to shape what goes out next Events
Plan, promote, and host events at the store, including craft clubs, workshops, and seasonal evenings
Run the full cycle: concept, listing, promotion, supplies, set-up, hosting, clean-up, follow-up
Represent us at off-site events including local markets and collaborations with other Nashville businesses. This may include country-wide trade shows further down the line
Capture content at every event and turn it into promotional material Shop floor and fulfilment
Work regular shifts on the store floor: serving customers, making sales, handling the register
Keep the shop floor stocked, merchandised, and rearranged so it looks fresh
Pack and ship online orders, especially in Q4 and Advent calendar season
Flag low stock and help keep product information accurate across our platforms Business and founder support This part of the role builds up over your first few months, as you learn the business and we learn what you are good at. Not all of it lands on you on day one. It is a real and growing part of the job, not an afterthought.
Keep track of what needs reordering across the shop and warehouse, and flag it before we run out
Place restock and reorder purchase orders with our suppliers
Maintain day-to-day supplier relationships: requesting quotes, confirming orders, chasing anything that has gone quiet
Track inbound shipments and keep the team informed on what is arriving and when
Help keep projects moving and make sure things that were agreed actually happen
General support to our founder, taking work off her plate as you become able to
WHAT WE NEED TO SEE
We are hiring for attitude and aptitude. You do not need a long resume.
Evidence that you can make things and that you have an eye for content creation. Video and photo content you have created for a brand, a campus organization, a club, a friend's small business, or your own account. It does not have to be professional work. It has to be real, and it has to be yours
Comfortable being on camera, and comfortable directing someone else who is
Strong written English and a good ear for tone
Willing to stand in front of a room and lead it, even if you have not done it before
Genuinely self-directed. We will show you how things work, but nobody here has time to hand you a task list every morning. The people who do well here are the ones who ask good questions, then go and figure it out
Organized enough to run several things at once without dropping or forgetting any of them, and the kind of person who writes things down rather than trusting their memory.
We work to real deadlines:
an event on Saturday, an email going out Monday, a delivery landing in between. Things move quickly here and we need someone who moves with them
Comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets. You do not need to be an analyst, but a stock report should not scare you
Discreet and trustworthy. This role sees supplier pricing, costs, and other confidential parts of the business
Comfortable in a retail environment and happy to do the unglamorous parts, including standing for long periods and lifting up to around 50 lbs
Based in Nashville and able to work on-site.
This role cannot be done remotely

Any experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, or Eventbrite
A background or genuine interest in crafting, stationery, journaling, or art supplies
Experience in retail, e-commerce or warehouse environments Tools you will learn or learn further here: Shopify, Klaviyo, Instagram, TikTok, Eventbrite, Canva, ClickUp, Google Workspace, Linnworks.
WHAT YOU WILL GET
In return, you will not be stuck doing one thing. Very few days here look the same.
You will learn how a small business actually works, from the shop floor to the suppliers. Very few jobs at this level let you see the whole picture
Real ownership of things that matter, from early on. Your events, your emails, your content, and the results that come with them
Room to grow, and pay that grows with it. This role is built to expand
