We're hiring a Sales & Marketing Development Representative in Georgetown to support face-to-face promotional campaigns, generate new business and develop hands-on experience in sales, marketing, lead generation and business development . This is not a desk job. You'll work at established retail and promotional locations, engage people directly and help create awareness around available residential energy services. No previous energy or sales experience is required. Paid training is provided. What You'll Be Doing You'll be trained to: Represent residential energy campaigns inside established retail locations Engage shoppers and confidently initiate conversations Generate qualified leads and sales opportunities Support in-person marketing and promotional campaigns Ask discovery questions to identify individual needs Present available energy services and programs Explain features, benefits, pricing and enrollment information Help interested individuals understand their options Support new account acquisition Guide qualified individuals through enrollment Assist with retail promotions and campaign activations Build relationships with retail partner teams Track individual sales activity and performance Work toward individual and team goals Participate in ongoing sales, marketing and leadership training Who We're Looking For We can teach energy. The position supports retail and campaign locations throughout the greater Round Rock / North Austin territory , so candidates must be comfortable with local travel. This position is not remote, work-from-home, door-to-door or call-center sales .

$52,400.00 - $63,200.00 per year
