About the Opportunity We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Living Sales and Marketing Director to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our senior living services, attracting new residents, and maintaining positive relationships with current residents and their families. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue targets. Conduct tours with prospective residents and their families, showcasing the amenities and services of our community. Create and manage marketing materials and campaigns for both print and digital platforms. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitive activity in the senior living industry. Organize and attend community events to promote our services and forge strong relationships with local organizations and healthcare providers. Continuously assess and respond to the needs of residents and families, ensuring their satisfaction. Collaborate with the broader team to ensure that the resident experience aligns with marketing communications. Maintain detailed records of sales activities and results. Requirements Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the senior living, healthcare, or hospitality industries. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a flair for building and maintaining relationships. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Available to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends for events. We are an equal opportunity employer.
