Product Development & Marketing Coordinator (Craft Products) Confidential Lakeway, TX Job Details Contract $18 - $30 an hour 6 days ago Qualifications Branding Research Attention to detail Production management Marketing Full Job Description We're looking for an organized, creative, and proactive team member to help bring new craft products from concept to launch. This role is ideal for someone who has experience with craft kits, product development, and working with manufacturers, while also having an eye for branding and marketing. Responsibilities Research and source materials and components for new craft products. Communicate with domestic and international manufacturers to request quotes, samples, and production updates. Coordinate development of custom products, including crochet hooks, packaging, bags, instruction cards, and other accessories. Research trends and best practices within the craft kit industry. Help identify and coordinate with freelance designers and other creative partners. Assist with product design and packaging development from concept through production. Plan and organize product photo shoots by identifying required marketing assets and coordinating creative needs. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure products launch with strong visual content and promotional materials. Help manage timelines across product development, production, and marketing to keep projects on schedule. Qualifications Experience with product development, sourcing, purchasing, or manufacturing. Familiarity with craft products or craft kits is strongly preferred. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Comfortable working with manufacturers and vendors. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Experience with packaging, branding, or product photography planning is a plus. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate enjoys both the creative and operational sides of launching products. They are resourceful, detail-oriented, and excited about taking ideas from concept to finished products while collaborating with designers, manufacturers, and marketing teams.
