Brand Marketing & Sales Representative Missouri City, TX | Full-Time | W2 $600-$1,000 Per Week + Commission | Weekly Pay | Paid Training Marketing Isn't Always Behind a Screen. Our client is expanding its residential energy campaign throughout Southwest Houston and is hiring a Brand Marketing & Sales Representative in the Missouri City market. This is a full-time opportunity combining brand marketing, sales, promotions, communications, lead generation and business development . You'll represent residential energy services through established retail and promotional locations, helping create awareness, generate interest and turn conversations into new account opportunities. Previous energy, marketing or sales experience is not required. Paid training is provided. What You'll Do You'll work directly with people throughout the day while developing practical sales and marketing experience.

Responsibilities include:

Represent residential energy campaigns professionally Support in-person brand marketing and promotional initiatives Engage shoppers and event attendees face-to-face Create awareness around available energy services and programs Start conversations and identify potential interest Ask discovery questions to understand individual needs Generate qualified leads and sales opportunities Present relevant services, programs and promotions Explain features, pricing and enrollment information clearly Support new account acquisition Guide qualified individuals through enrollment Assist with promotional displays and campaign presentation Build relationships with retail partner teams Maintain current campaign knowledge Track individual sales and marketing activity Work toward individual and team performance goals Participate in ongoing sales, marketing and communication training What We're Looking For You don't need a traditional marketing résumé. You'll develop hands-on experience in brand representation, promotional marketing, consultative sales, lead generation, account acquisition, business development and residential energy . Strong performers may gain additional experience with new-hire training, peer coaching, team development, campaign leadership and territory development . Work Location This position is being advertised in Missouri City, TX to reach candidates throughout Southwest Houston. The position supports our client's Bellaire-area office and assigned campaign locations , so candidates must be comfortable commuting within Southwest and inner-west Houston. This is a full-time, in-person sales and promotional marketing position . It is not remote, work-from-home, door-to-door or call-center sales.
