Community Marketing & Property Management Coordinator Harker Heights/Killeen/Salado, Texas | $18-$19 per Hour + Performance Bonus Are you an energetic people-person with experience in leasing, outside marketing, or community outreach? Do you enjoy building relationships, creating marketing campaigns, and helping customers? If so, we'd love to hear from you. We are seeking a dynamic professional to help co-manage our self-storage facility while serving as a key ambassador for our growing brand throughout the community. What You'll Do -- Property Operations & Customer Service Float and Co-manage our self storage facilities. Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective customers. Conduct daily property inspections and walkthroughs. Prepare leases, collect rents, and assist residents and tenants. Help maintain attractive, welcoming, and professionally managed properties. Community Marketing & Brand Development Coordinate and promote community events across all social media platforms. Collaborate with our Director of Operations, Multi-Site Managers, and Digital Marketing team to execute marketing campaigns. Assist with the development of professionally designed marketing materials. Help manage the annual marketing calendar, including campaigns, promotions, product launches, and special events. Track campaign performance and help communicate key marketing metrics and results. Community Leadership & Outreach Represent our company at Chamber of Commerce events and community functions. Serve as a professional spokesperson for our organization. Help plan and execute major community events, including craft festivals, educational programs, chamber functions, and other local initiatives. Build relationships that strengthen our presence within the Salado community. What We're Looking For Experience in leasing, property management, outside marketing, community outreach, or a related field. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Professional presentation and confidence speaking with customers, community leaders, and business partners. Ability to organize multiple projects and events simultaneously. Social media and marketing experience is highly preferred. Creative thinker with a passion for customer service and community engagement.
