Full-Time About the Role We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented team member who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats. This position works directly with the owner to help keep daily operations running smoothly while supporting marketing, product launches, inventory management, and customer experience. No two days are the same, so we're looking for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and can confidently manage multiple priorities. Responsibilities Marketing & Customer Engagement  Create, schedule, and manage email marketing campaigns.  Create and schedule SMS marketing campaigns.  Assist with Facebook business page content and engagement.  Create and manage Facebook advertising campaigns.  Help prepare product launches and promotional campaigns. Product & Shopify Management  Create and maintain Shopify product listings with accurate: o Product descriptions o Pricing o Collections o Tags o Images o SEO information o Product details and specifications  Prepare new product releases for launch.  Create cut tickets for production and new purchase orders. Inventory & Purchasing  Review sales and inventory reports to identify products that need to be reordered.  Manage preorder restocks to ensure inventory levels meet customer demand.  Assist in purchasing inventory based on sales data and forecasting.  Count and input incoming accessory inventory into inventory systems.  Help maintain accurate inventory records. Customer Service During busy seasons, assist the customer service team by:  Responding to customer emails.  Processing returns and exchanges.  Helping resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently. We're Looking For Someone Who  Is extremely organized and detail-oriented.  Can manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.  Learns new software quickly.  Has strong written communication skills.  Is comfortable working with data and reports.  Takes initiative without needing constant direction.  Enjoys problem solving.  Works well in a collaborative team environment.  Maintains a positive, professional attitude during busy seasons. Preferred Qualifications  Experience with Shopify.  Experience with Facebook Business Manager and Meta Ads.  Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.).  Experience with SMS marketing platforms.  Inventory management or purchasing experience.  Customer service experience.  Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
