What You'll DoContent Creation & Video Capture video and photo content at listings, events, client appointments, and team activities Identify content opportunities in real time Create behind-the-scenes content Assist with short-form video editing for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts Organize and maintain the team's content library Social Media Assist with content planning and scheduling Monitor comments, direct messages, and engagement Stay current on social media trends and platform updates Help grow the team's presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube YouTube Upload and optimize videos Write titles, descriptions, and thumbnails Organize playlists Monitor channel performance Assist with long-form content strategy Marketing Coordinate email marketing campaigns Assist with direct mail campaigns Support farming initiatives Help execute client events and promotional campaigns Coordinate marketing materials with vendors Strategy & Execution Participate in weekly marketing meetings Bring new ideas and creative concepts Research industry trends Recommend ways to improve brand awareness and engagement Help execute the overall marketing strategy We're Looking For Someone Who Is Creative and detail-oriented Dependable and follows through Comfortable learning new technology Organized and self-motivated Professional and positive Curious and willing to ask questions Able to work independently Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Passionate about marketing, branding, and storytelling Preferred Qualifications Photography or videography experience is a plus Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar editing tools Strong writing and communication skills
